Anxiety response pattern is a complex mixture of uncomfortable feelings and knowledge that focuses more on the future and extends beyond fear. But like fear it has not only an infinite / subjective level, anxiety includes a negative mood, anxiety about future dangers, self-anxiety, a sense of not being able to predict or control future threats if they occur. On a physical level, anxiety often creates a state of tension and chronic overindulgence that may reflect risk assessment and readiness to take risks (something dangerous may occur, so I should be prepared for it). At a behavioral level, anxiety may create a strong tendency to avoid situations that lead to danger, but immediate behavioral motivation to flee may not accompany anxiety, because fear supports the notion that anxiety is different from fear descriptively and functionally. Or panic
Anxiety disorders are characterized by unrealistic irrational fears. Anxiety involves a general fear of potential danger in the future. Anxiety disorders are a group of disorders that share symptoms of clinically significant anxiety or fear. Anxiety disorders cause great personal, financial and health problems for those affected and for society in general. The anxiety response pattern is a complex mixture of unpleasant emptiness and knowledge. Anxiety often causes a state of tension and chronic overindulgence. Anxiety may be caused by a strong tendency to avoid situations that could lead to disaster
