At our clinic in Trivandrum, SoftMind has six consultants available for you. This includes one male psychiatrist, three male psychologists, and a top lady psychologist in Trivandrum. Our psychologists and psychiatrists are available from morning 10 am to evening 5 pm. For any consultation at our Trivandrum Clinic, we recommend you fix an appointment ahead of time. This will help us to schedule the concerned psychologist/mental health professionals  for you . Our basic approach includes non-invasive therapy and psychotherapy. For mild and medium cases, there is no need for medicines. For severe cases, we refer the client to our psychiatrist who will suggest medication after the initial diagnosis. We specialize in addressing stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as fears, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). We also provide support for sleep disturbances, behavior problems, relationship counselling and family counselling.

Note: We recommend you fix an appointment in advance to visiting our Trivandrum Ambalamukku Branch. This will avoid unnecessary waiting (few sessions take 1.5 hours) when our psychologists are consulting with prebooked clients.
