Chithrangatha V C
Chithrangatha gained her experience working as a psychology assistant and a research assistant operator. Her career started with supervised training in psychotherapy after the competition of Master of Social Work. Working with experienced clinical psychologists and licensed rehabilitation psychologists for several years helped her to gain their knowledge and expertise. She has worked with clients with a range of psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, OCD, phobia, or panic disorders. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and replace automatic negative thoughts with more adaptive ones through cognitive restructuring.
