Kevin Peter is a passionate practitioner in the field of psychology who divides his time between clinical practice, consulting, and writing. In his clinical practice, he delivers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to adult clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems.
Kevin finds it gratifying to introduce clients to DBT practices like Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques to help with their anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship problems. He has had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations using CBT in clients with depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, and addictions.
He doesn’t believe in one size fits all treatments. Therapy will be tailored to your specific needs, and is both imaginative and rooted in sound, research based techniques.
Kevin is accepting new clients and appointments are offered on weekdays, evenings and on weekends. He is also available for off-site consultations and appointments should be booked accordingly .
