Kevin Peter is a passionate practitioner in the field of psychology who divides his time between clinical practice, consulting, and writing. In his clinical practice, he delivers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems. Kevin finds it gratifying to introduce clients to DBT practices like Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques to help with their anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship problems. He has had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations using CBT in clients with depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, and addictions.
He is eager to apply his experience and compassion with clients as they begin to address issues that will help them improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfillment.
